Enrolling with Jai Medical Systems is easy! If you are already eligible for Maryland Medicaid, please contact the State of Maryland Enrollment Broker at 1-855-642-8572 and tell them that you want to enroll with Jai Medical Systems. If you are not already enrolled in the Medicaid program and want to apply for coverage, or find out if you qualify, please visit the Maryland Health Connection.
