Please renew your Medicaid eligibility with Jai Medical Systems before it ends. There are many ways to renew your coverage including:
- Online at www.marylandhealthconnection.gov
- By phone: Please contact the Maryland Health Connection at 1-855-642-8572 to renew your coverage over the phone.
- At your local Department of Social Services
- With a Navigator or Certified Application Counselor

If you need help renewing your benefits through the Maryland Health Connection, Certified Application Counselors are available to help you. Certified Application Counselors welcome both walk-ins and scheduled appointments.
